Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) remains a complex malignancy, particularly regarding the nasopharyngeal carcinoma immune landscape. Specifically, researchers have identified T cell fate determination as a central regulator of tumor progression. In addition, the interplay between Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and the host immune system dictates clinical success.
