Therefore, the physical proximity to specialized care remains a more pressing environmental concern than urban air quality for motor development.
Furthermore, the identification of modifiable risk factors like healthcare access and social support provides a roadmap for future advocacy. Clinicians should consider these socioeconomic stressors when designing rehabilitation plans. Moreover, policy-level interventions aimed at reducing social inequalities could potentially mitigate the severity of motor symptoms in vulnerable populations. Addressing these disparities is essential for improving the quality of life for children with CP.
