A systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated the efficacy of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) in treating central post-stroke pain (CPSP). Nine studies were included in the qualitative analysis & 6 studies with 180 participants, were included in the quantitative analysis. Results suggested a significant reduction in CPSP with rTMS compared to sham, indicating potential effectiveness in alleviating CPSP symptoms.
