The MOVE@NUS pilot study investigates the effectiveness of digital health interventions to promote healthier lifestyles among this demographic. This five-month pilot study employs an innovative hybrid design. It combines continuous passive monitoring with three sequentially embedded randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
