Furthermore, access to preventive care showed distinct gender patterns. For females, annual checkups emerged as a significant factor in reducing mortality, particularly in affluent urban regions. This suggests that the effectiveness of preventive care varies substantially based on socioeconomic context and gender. Because health factors exerted the most consistent effects across the state, localized public health strategies are vital for reducing the burden of disease.
