Users with higher digital literacy are better equipped to handle the complexities of AI-driven tools. Therefore, educational initiatives may be just as important as technical improvements in enhancing user experiences.
These findings offer valuable insights for digital strategy. In clinical settings, using AI for patient triage or symptom checking must be handled with care. Clear communication about AI capabilities can build trust, but it must be balanced with support to mitigate AI-induced anxiety. Practitioners should focus on improving patient digital literacy to ensure that technology serves as a tool rather than a stressor. In conclusion, transparency is a double-edged sword that requires careful management to maximize consumer satisfaction.
