Furthermore, health technology assessment bodies should consider adopting risk-adjusted frameworks to avoid undervaluing treatments for severe neurodegenerative disorders. At the same time, recognizing realistic willingness-to-pay dynamics can guide fair pricing strategies and budget impact analyses. Ultimately, integrating patient-centric economic models with comprehensive geriatric care ensures equitable, sustainable access to innovative neurocognitive therapies.
