Notably, the Ayushman Bharat scheme continues to be a cornerstone of the state's welfare strategy. Over 4.46 crore cards have been issued, including special provisions for seniors over 70. This scheme integrates 1,118 government and 720 private hospitals to ensure broad coverage. Finally, the budget supports traditional medicine by establishing eight new Ayurvedic colleges and hospitals.
