Research suggests that human insulin may remain stable at temperatures up to 37°C for four weeks under specific conditions. Despite this, persistent global inequities often lead to a loss of insulin activity during daily use or transport.

Addressing these challenges is vital for ensuring that all patients receive potent, life-saving medication. Moreover, healthcare providers should guide patients on using local cooling methods, such as earthen pots, when modern refrigeration is unavailable.
