Sequential Anabolic and Antiresorptive Treatment and MRONJ Risk

A new murine study suggests that sequential therapy with romosozumab followed by denosumab significantly impairs tooth extraction socket healing and increases the risk of medication-related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ).
